Construction Management

Industry-built curriculum for future industry leaders

Consistently ranked as one of the top programs of its kind in the nation, the Construction Management program at UNI prepares students for a career in the fast-paced, high-growth, construction industry.

UNI’s curriculum is focused around engineering principles and is built by industry, for industry.  A very active group of industry professionals guides and assists in building the curriculum, helping chart the path in keeping UNI’s program ahead of industry trends and technology.

Students learn attributes such as statics and strengths of materials, project planning and scheduling, and structural components of construction, with the goal of being ready to take on a project management or project engineering role immediately upon graduation.

Furthermore, the Construction Management Club, a student-led organization, provides networking opportunities that are second-to-none among any academic program at UNI.
