Tipsuda Chaomuangkhong is a Postdoctoral Scholar with Project UNITED at the University of Northern Iowa. She earned her doctorate in Learning, Literacies, and Technologies at Arizona State University, where her research focused on multilingual education, teacher preparation, and equitable learning environments. With more than a decade of experience in TESOL and teacher training, she has facilitated professional development for thousands of pre-service and in-service teachers. Her current research examines the raciolinguistic experiences of bilingual preservice teachers of color, heritage language maintenance through play and digital technologies, and innovative hybrid coworking-childcare spaces that support both parental work and children’s early learning. She has been recognized with awards for teaching excellence and multiple dissertation research grants. In her free time, she likes to be out in nature hiking and rock climbing with her family and husky.
