Kris Boss, a distinguished alum of the University of Northern Iowa, graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology and an emphasis in Metal Casting. His passion for engineering led him to continue his academic journey at UNI, obtaining a Master of Science in Engineering Management in 2020. 

Currently serving as a Senior Applied Mechanics Engineer at John Deere, Kris plays a pivotal role in the testing of critical engine components. His responsibilities include ensuring the qualification and verification of the manufacturing processes, contributing significantly to the innovation and reliability of John Deere's cutting-edge technologies.
