Art History Minor
An art history minor is an excellent option for students interested in working at an art museum, cultural institution, or pursuing graduate school.
Art historians are adept critical thinkers, excellent writers, and keen observers. Many of our graduates work in art museums, galleries, and other creative fields. UNI Art History grads are working at museums and cultural institutions around the country, and even abroad.
With small class sizes, our students get individualized attention from their professors, who are dedicated to helping them reach their artistic and professional goals.
There is scholarship funding that's widely dispersed across our department, all to help you graduate with less debt.
Our students can intern and work part time at the UNI Gallery of Art or UNI Museum to gain experience before graduation.
