Pricing and services for Speech and/or Language Therapy, Audiology services, and Scottish RiteCare Early Language Program can be found here.

All clinic billing is processed through UNI’s Office of Business Operations. The Roy Eblen Speech and Hearing Clinic does not bill insurance companies. Application forms for reduced fees for other services are available in the clinic office. You must fill out a fee reduction application form to be considered for reduced fees
