Writers Talk! Carol Roh Spaulding

Carol Roh Spaulding is the author of Waiting For Mr. Kim and Other Stories, winner of the 2022 Flannery O’Connor Award for the Short Story from the University of Georgia Press, selected by Lori Ostlund. Awards for her work include a Pushcart Prize, Notable Mention in Best American Essays, and the Eludia Prize from Hidden River Arts for her forthcoming novel, Helen Button (Sowilo Press). A California native, she lives in Iowa with her family.
