We have a full schedule of morning and afternoon sessions on Friday, Oct. 18 with leading media experts from across the Midwest. 

Arrive in the north entrance of Lang Hall (off of 23rd St.) to the ground floor lobby to pick up registration materials. 

The Fast Forward Digital Media Workshop is free to participants, with a meal coupon toward lunch provided. This annual event is sponsored by the UNI Department of Communication and Media, with the generous support of the Iowa Broadcasters Association Foundation.

Session 4A:  Crafting Stories with AI: 
Tools for the Modern Content Creator
Discover how AI can enhance, not replace, your creative process in video production. In this hands-on session, we’ll explore AI tools like ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, and Artlist to write, voice, and mix a short script live, demonstrating how technology can augment storytelling while keeping human creativity at the forefront.
