Scholarships

A number of scholarships are available for students majoring and minoring in the Department of Communication and Media. 

Scholarships specifically for communication and media students can be found in the UNI Scholarship Directory. To apply for these scholarships, use the UNIversity Scholarship Application online. Most scholarships have a January 15 deadline, but check each individual scholarship for details. For Forensics (Debate and Speech Teams) scholarships, contact Dr. Ryan McGeough (ryan.mcgeough@uni.edu).

Scholarship amounts are split evenly between semesters for the academic year awarded. For more information, please see the Office of Financial Aid website.
