A smaller version of the traditional sale will be located in the classroom of the North Lobby (GNH 025). Limited quantities of unique houseplant & collector-type plants available: tropical, arid and water lettuce for aquariums. These plants are perfect for growing in your dorm, home or office.

Call (319) 273-2247 Monday, May 2nd between 9AM to 3PM to place your order.
If your initial call does not go through, leave a voice message providing your name, number & boxes of interest. We will return your voice-mail in the order received. Please be prepared to schedule your specific pickup time between 9AM- 3PM on May 4th or 5th- keep this date as well as your confirmation number (required at pickup) in your records.
Once you receive your confirmation number, instructions for pickup procedure will be provided. Only exact cash or check made out to the UNI Botanical Center at the time of pick up is accepted. We load your purchased boxes into your vehicle & you'll be on your merry way!
No substitutions; limited quantities available. We reserve the right to supplement materials as needed, to provide equitable value. Boxes will vary in color but not quantity. No early, messaged or emailed orders will be considered.

Herb Box
A delectable variety of culinary delights, these plants grow well in containers as well as in-ground. This box contains a mixed 6-pack of Basil varieties, a mixed 6-pack of cilantro & parsley, TWO rosemary plants as well as one of each of the following: Columnar Basil, 'Munstead' Lavender, 'Ellagance Purple' Lavender, Sage, Chives, Thyme, Oregano. 21 Plants total!
Annual Box
A variety of flowering plants, large enough to fill two patio containers! TWO Angelonia, TWO Balsam, TWO Ornamental Kale, Purple Heliotrope, Pentas, Salvia 'Victoria Blue', Verbena 'Obsession White', Verbena 'Imagination', Globe Amaranth, Balloon Plant Milkweed, Bloodflower milkweed, Salvia 'Summer Jewel White' & Flowering Tobacco.
